Epsom salt is used to relieve aches and pains as well inflammation in feet. Dead Sea Salt has detoxifying effects, while baking soda adds deodorizing and softness to the mix. Calendula, Comfrey, and lavender flowers will help soothe and heal those overworked feet. Tea tree essential oil is renowned for foot issues, as it is anti-fungal, antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-microbial, among other benefit. Cedarwood calms while peppermint rejuvenates.

HOW TO USE
Due to this Foot Soak mixture contains essential oils. Make sure to test on the small area before using.
- Fill a large bowl with warm water and pour in 2 – 4 tablespoons of Foot Soak or as your desired amount
- Soak your feet for 10 – 30 minutes.
- Take your feet out of the water and towel dry.
Suggestion Notes
Feel free to add 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar into your foot soak for that extra pH balance. You can also take a pumice stone to your heels or any rough spots for extra exfoliation after your soak.
